Refund, Return & Class Policy
At Fine Arts Pro, our goal is to provide a positive experience for every collector and student. We strive to be fair, generous, and transparent in our policies while honoring the unique nature of original artwork and educational services.
Original Artwork
All sales of original artwork are final. Because each original painting is a one-of-a-kind work of art, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on original artwork purchases. We make every effort to accurately represent each piece through photographs, descriptions, dimensions, and written descriptions.
Please reach out with any questions before purchasing an original painting. We are happy to provide additional photos, details, or information to help you make an informed decision. Our goal is for every collector to be delighted with their purchase, and we never want anyone to be disappointed with their experience.
If artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and retain all original packaging materials so we can assist with a shipping claim.
Classes & Workshops
We understand that life happens and schedules sometimes change. All group and private classes are recorded and made available to enrolled students for their personal enrichment and educational use. If you are unable to attend a scheduled class, you will still receive access to the recording, which means our class refund policy does not apply to missed classes. You can learn at your own pace and revisit the lesson as often as you like.
Private Lessons
If you need to reschedule a private lesson, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible. We will do our best to accommodate scheduling changes.
Instructor Cancellation Policy
If Fine Arts Pro must cancel a class or private lesson, students may choose to reschedule for a future date or receive a full refund.
Recording Policy
Class recordings are provided exclusively for the personal educational use of enrolled students. Recordings may not be copied, shared, distributed, posted online, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
